At CELSIUM Wellness, we are confident in the quality of the products we offer. Therefore, we provide a 2-year guarantee on all products. Full terms of the warranty can be found in the user manuals, but here are the main points;

The products come with a 24-month warranty that covers material and production defects, effective from the delivery date.
The warranty is applicable only if the user has adhered to the guidelines outlined in the user manuals.
The warranty is invalidated if the sauna is not assembled by CELSIUM Wellness.
Please note: Warranty periods vary for products mounted on trailers and those intended for commercial use.
The warranty does not extend to natural wood characteristics such as discolouration, dimensional changes, or cracking due to fluctuating or excessive humidity.
Exclusions also apply to normal wear and tear from usage, as well as damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.
Weather-related damages, including those caused by thunder, are not covered under the warranty.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation by the client is also excluded from coverage.
The warranty will be void if unauthorised modifications or repairs are attempted, or if the product is used for purposes other than its intended function.
Incorrect storage or maintaining the product under inappropriate conditions will void the warranty.
To activate the warranty service, any defects must be reported to the seller within 7 days of discovery.
